High Rise Medium Square Pot. Light Weight Natural Stone Look & Feel.

Our Pots are designed to give the sense of character and that they have a story to tell.  By design our products are not intended to be sleek with perfect edges. They offer a natural limestone look without the natural stone weight and are made using aggregates which can dislodge on the outer edges during clean up after being unmoulded which is exactly what gives them a sense of history.   What may appear as tiny chip or a small imperfection, is invariably a result of this process.   By purchasing our product, you agree that that you are aware of the possible aesthetics of the design and that refunds will not be issued based of this character inclusion in the pot.

For any product received that has been damaged during its shipping process, KrakPots will replace the item free of charge.  On receipt of the damaged goods, please email us at Krakpots@outlook.com  with full details and images of the damage. Please note:  all claims for damaged good must be received by KrakPots within 48 hours of delivery being affected. 

Should KrakPots not have your purchased item in stock, we will with your agreement, either make a make a new pot in the same design for you or replace with an alternative stocked item of your choice to the same value as the original purchase.  If an agreement for a replacement product is not made between KrakPots and you, our client, KrakPots will refund the original purchase price.
