Our policy lasts 21 days*. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return*, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original shipping packaging.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Any item not in its original condition. (i.e. has been used)
* Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery
Address for returns will be notified when we receive your request to return your goods/notification of a damaged item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
KrakPots will only replace items if they are damaged. If you have received a damaged item and wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at advising of the damage along with images of the damage. Should KrakPots not have your originally purchased item in stock, we will, with your agreement, either make a make a new pot in the same design for you or replace with an alternative stocked item of your choice to the same value as the original purchase. If an agreement for a replacement product is not made between KrakPots and you, our client, KrakPots will refund the original purchase price of the item.
Please Note: Damaged items must be reported to Krakpots within 24 hours of receipt of the item and if requested, items must be returned to KrakPots within 21 days of original delivery date. If a return is requested, a refund or replacement will not be issued until the returned item is received by KrakPots. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an unwanted item Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and refunds will not be issued if a returned item is not received.
